Client Responsibilities

Delays in providing information or approvals may affect project timelines, and Value Tech Co. isn’t responsible for resulting delays.
Payment
Fees are outlined in the applicable proposal, agreement, or invoice and are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Fees for work already completed are generally non-refundable.
Performance Disclaimer
Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes. Value Tech Co. does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, engagement, or sales outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Site content belongs to Value Tech Co. and may not be used without permission. Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, while Value Tech Co. retains its underlying tools, templates, and methodologies.
Third-Party Platforms
Services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), which are governed by their own terms. Value Tech Co. is not responsible for outages, restrictions, or actions taken by these platforms.
Limitation of Liability
Value Tech Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question over the preceding three months.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement per the terms of the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate Site access for conduct that violates these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Changes to These Terms
